Somewhere in North Carolina....

After getting clearance from the doctor to hit the road, after Greg's eventful week, we left Virginia early Saturday morning and hit the ground running!!! The only thing we did differently, is that I drove the massive beast, and had an absolute blast doing so. It took a little while to get used to, but once I did, it was a piece of cake. We arrived at a KOA in Lumberton, NorthCarolina mid-afternoon, with a warm welcome from the staff (just a reminder to us that we are not in Kansas anymore😉). We are taking it easy next few days, as Greg is still recuperating and following doctor's orders, plus not much to see around here anyway. Our plan is to move on Monday morning, destination... Savannah, Georgia...which we were able to add back to our trip. Talk to Y'all in a few days. With much love and gratitude for all your well wishes!!
