Adios Texas
Hello everyone and Happy 2020! It's hard to believe we are beginning a new decade. Here's to a year filled with good health, lots of love and pure happiness to each of you...our dear family and friends!
We spent an exciting yet relaxing December in the great state of Texas. Our last few weeks were spent along the southern coast, hanging out along the beach....definitely our happy place! But, as all good things must come to an end, we have begun our journey further East, away from the glorious Gulf of Mexico, toward home sweet home.
We are currently in southwest Louisiana in a little town called Sulphur about 30 minutes west of Lake Charles and just a few miles from the Texas border. We'll probably lay low for a couple days, as there's not much happening in the immediate area, and my new school term just began. So, I'll be getting back into my routine and Greg will embark on his tinkering.
Next stop... New Orleans. The infamous land of great music, awesome food (beignets anyone???) and lots of wild things happening at every turn. The weeks after NoLa we'll be heading to gulf shores Alabama, where we'll pre-game with a couple of our bluesin' cruise friends. Then on to Tallahassee, Florida for a few days before we drive down to ft. Lauderdale to get on a week-long cruise. Then back up north to Tallahassee for about a week to hang with the Mead cousins!! We are so excited for the adventures the upcoming weeks are sure to hold! I'm sure we'll have some exciting stories to pass along afterward😁.
As usual, we hope y'all (when in Rome) enjoy the pictures we've posted below of some of our favorite moments over the last few weeks 😁
Until next time...
We love and miss you all!!!
