Hello everyone! Happy Belated Thanksgiving to all our beloved family and friends!!! πŸ— For those of you braving the messy winter weather, stay warm, dry and safe! ⛄ ⛅ ⛈ Well, we have ended our 6 weeks stay in the beautiful state of Arizona. We hated to leave but it was time to move on to our next destination. But, I need to backtrack a little bit... Our mystery guests?!?!?  A couple weeks ago, the gorgeous Debbie and handsome Jeff with Baby Prince Jonah came to Cave Creek, AZ to visit with us for a long weekend! Greg and I were over the moon to get some quality time with them and we did just that!! Fun by the campfire (since the Arizona fire ban had been lifted), walks around the park, and lots of oohs and aahs over Jonah. One night, while Mom & Dad went to explore nearby Sedona, we had little Jonah all to ourselves. He was an angel (as always) and really became attached to Uncle G! The boys even enjoyed some guy time, getting the truck washed (Jonah loved watchin...

Hello everyone! Since our last post (I know way back when), we've traveled through Oregon, all across Northern California, mozied our way through Nevada and have landed in Arizona. This warm and beautiful state will be our home for the next 6 weeks or so. Let me try to fill in the blanks a little bit.... We had a great time in Oregon and spending time with Mar once the band was finished touring. We were in a quaint little town just along the water. We enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets we've seen yet!  We kind of blew through California, stopping in San Fransisco, Petaluma, and... Our dear friends Frankie and Tina flew out to hang with us for a little over a week and got to see "how the other side lives". We had a blast sightseeing and enjoying lots of good food (Yelp wins again!!!) and shared lots of laughs. Once it was time to hit the road, we said our goodbyes and passed them off to spend time with Crazy Nick and adorable Carla. We left California ju...

The View from Chez Mastrorocco Hello all!! It's hard to believe we've been on the road for 2 months already. We've been busy relaxing and exploring as we travel from one destination to the next. We have also been busy spending wonderful times with family, friends, and with some new friends, we've made along the way! I know it's been a while since our last post. I have a lot to fill you in on, but I promise to make it exciting to read πŸ˜€ while keeping it brief. After our long, busy stay in Colorado visiting with family (who we miss terribly😒), we packed up the camper, jumped in the truck and hit the road. Next stop...Vernal. Yes, Vernal Utah (know what I mean?) about 3 hours north of Salt Lake City. It was a beautiful drive through the high desert mountains while we stayed in the air-conditioned truck, as it was between 97-103 degrees outside! Our campsite was up on a secluded ridge overlooking the valley below and the stars at night were amazi...

COLORful Colorado!!!!

Hello everyone!!! We have spent the last 2 glorious weeks in beautiful but VERY hot Colorado. Our time was spent relaxing and spending a lot of quality time with our family out there. We enjoyed lots of hours with our adorable nephew, Prince Jonah, Debbie and Jeff (more on that in a bit). We took in a Rockies game at Coors Field on a beautiful sunny afternoon. And we even went to an amazing Ben Harper concert opened by Trombone Shorty and Jessi Wilson  at The Mission Ballroom, an exciting new venue in downtown Denver. Our first stop was at Cherry Creek State Park just outside of Denver, for a couple of days. Greg and I thought it would be a blast to get everyone together our first weekend back in Colorado. We excitedly scheduled a fun family outing for a few hours that first Sunday afternoon, to sail on a pontoon boat around the lake. Unfortunately, a storm rolled in and we had to cancel. Resourceful as our family is, we headed to a Hanger 101, for an afternoon of great fu...
